Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance
• Free Shipping (Orders $50+):
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Available for most destinations (excluding Asia and certain remote areas)

International Shipping

We ship worldwide except to Asia and certain remote areas. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

While we’re confident you’ll love our stylish carry-on luggage, leather handbags, and travel accessories, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary.

Return Policy Overview

• Return Window: 15 days from receipt of delivery
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
• Packaging: Must include original packaging (dust bags for handbags)
• Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns

Non-Returnable Items

For quality and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• RFID handbags with opened protective packaging
• Personalized or monogrammed items (all final sale)

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Submit Your Request

• Item name and reason for return/exchange
• Photos of the item(s) in original condition (if applicable)
• Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange for specific product)

• Return authorization (if approved)

• Exchange options (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved:

• Repackage item securely in original packaging with all tags
• Affix the provided return label
• Ship via trackable method (DHL or FedEx recommended)
• Customer pays return shipping unless error was ours

Refund Process

• Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receiving return
• Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Timeline:
  • Credit cards: 5-10 business days to appear on statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

• Specify replacement item in your request

Exchange shipping is free for most regions (Asia and some remote areas excluded).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged hardside luggage or defective items:
