Our policy is designed with the same care and attention to detail as our hardside carry-ons and leather handbags.

Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging (including dust bags for handbags)
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on RFID handbags if the protective packaging has been opened or removed. Additionally, personalized or monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Exchange options (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved:

  1. Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging
  2. Include all original tags, accessories, and documentation
  3. Affix the return label we provide (customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error)
  4. Ship via a trackable method (we recommend DHL or FedEx)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receiving your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timeline:
    • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
    • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. In your request, specify the replacement item you’d like
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
  4. You’ll be responsible for any price difference

Exchange shipping is free for customers in eligible regions (Asia and some remote areas excluded).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (like our hardside luggage with manufacturing flaws):

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange a free return and expedited replacement

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • We recommend using the original carrier (DHL or FedEx) for returns
  • Refunds will be issued in USD

Premium Service Tip: To ensure your travel gear arrives in perfect condition, we recommend inspecting all luggage sets and carry-on garment bags immediately upon delivery. This allows you to report any issues promptly.
